Job Description Summary Implementa técnicas de fabricación, procesos, herramientas y maquinaria para maximizar el rendimiento. Establece el control de gráficos de características y procesos críticos; supervisa los resultados y determina las capacidades de la máquina y el proceso y la fiabilidad del rendimiento. Gestiona la implementación de nuevos procesos, selección de equipos a comprar y estimaciones de tiempo. Identifica las herramientas óptimas para el mecanizado. Diseñar y desarrollar diseños de nuevos procesos y productos como resuelva problemas con el diseño, la fabricación o las secuencias de construcción. Garantiza la aceptación de la producción y la preparación de la fabricación. Participa en la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y procesos para lograr una mayor eficiencia. Consulta y supervisa la selección e implementación de automatización y robótica en la línea de montaje.

**Job Description**:

- Diseñar y implementar desarollo de diseños de producto (partes de piezas forjadas),tooling para los procesos de forja.
- Desarrolla propuestas de compra de equipos de fabricación estudiando planes y compromisos de fabricación; evaluación de los procesos y requisitos de fabricación.
- Recomienda nuevos equipos de fabricación mediante la identificación de vendedores y equipos operativos, evaluando la capacidad del equipo y la historia del servicio; evaluando el servicio y soporte del proveedor.
- Completa las proyecciones de costo de equipos analizando la inversión, beneficios y ahorros.
- Monitorea las instalaciones del equipo asesorando a las tripulaciones.
- Cumple con los requisitos de producción diseñando las modificaciones del equipo según sea necesario
- Prepara a los operadores de equipos mediante la capacitación; proporcionando recursos de referencia y apoyo.
- Mantiene la integridad del proceso desarrollando y actualizando políticas, procedimientos, métodos y directrices.
- Mantiene los registros del equipo mediante la presentación de documentos; actualización de la base de datos de equipos.
- Protege el valor de la organización manteniendo la información confidencial; advirtiendo a otros sobre posibles infracciones.
- Todas las demás tareas asignadas.
