Why CompuCom? (Overview):
The ITG I - Cisco Networking Quoting Analyst provides day to day account interaction, quoting and order processing services in support of CompuCom’s Cisco networking business. The Cisco Networking Quoting Analyst acts as a point of contact for Product Sales Executives, VSAMs (Virtual Sales Account Managers), and Enterprise Solution Architects to support given product lines.

The Cisco Networking Quoting Analyst works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. The Cisco Networking Quoting Analyst exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Normally receives general instruction on routine work, detailed instruction on new assignments.

What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

- Provides Cisco product and services quotes directly or via distribution partners using Cisco tools (CCW-Cisco Commerce Workspace) and internal company tools/templates, validates accuracy of configurations, product research. Provides support by supplying part numbers for product descriptions, pricing and product information.
- Provides Cisco order processing support using B2B system and Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
- Submits Deal Registrations and associated special pricing forms based on information provided by Product Sales Executive within defined service level objectives. Manages and updates existing Deal Registration/special pricing information.
- Maintains knowledge of Cisco and other networking product portfolio, SaaS and services, deal registration/pricing programs, Sales certifications in order to provide effective ongoing support.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

- Associate’s degree/Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 0-3 years of related product support experience; industry experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Cisco products, solutions and pricing programs.
- Experience in quoting and order processes, CCW, working with distributors and Cisco.
- Any Cisco or Networking sales certifications, preferable.
- High level knowledge of networking and related hardware and software.
- Ability to understand Product data sheets and ordering guides.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate product quoting requirements with non-technical people.
- Strong customer service skills.
