**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Analyst
- Real Estate Acquisitions (Remote)**

**ABOUT THE ROLE (DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES)**
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the multifamily real estate market
- Underwrite deals using financial modeling (DCF & Proforma)
- Analyze financial data, including rent rolls, operating statements, and property budgets, to assess the performance of real estate properties
- Prepare reports and presentations on market conditions, property performance, and investment opportunities
- Collaborate with the investment team to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Assist with the due diligence process for potential investments, including the review of legal documents and the coordination of third-party reports
- Monitor market conditions and trends to provide ongoing insights and support decision making
- Establish and Maintain relationships with brokers
- Support the negotiation of deals' pipeline

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- **1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Analysis, Financial Analysis or Investments**:

- **Bachelor’s degree **in Real Estate, Finance or any related fields
- **Fluent English
- C1 level or better required**:

- Advanced Microsoft Excell Skills
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus, but not required.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modeling
- Experience with Real Estate market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Remote work experience is a plus
- Reliable, persistent, consistent, hard working
- Coachable/Trainable/Fast Learner
- Self-directed, Self-driven, Proactive, accountable
