**SMT Technician**:

As a SMT Technician, you will support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products in the Electrification Business.

**This position reports to**:
Maintenance Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Provide Technical support to the entire SMT process, including machines and process.
- Reduce-Down time of SMT process.
- Perform continuous improvement activities, such as participating in continuous quality improvement teams to increase efficiency.
- Keep and increase Production rates.
- Keep 0 accidents in the area.
- Maintain the 5s + 1 (safety) in the area under their charge.
- Work as a team with the support areas (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Human Resources, HSE) to make possible the delivery of the expected results.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related.
- 2 years of experience in related areas.
- Availability of Schedule / Rotate shifts.
- Attitude of Service, Commitment, and fulfillment of tasks.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Advanced English.
