**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Claims Analyst must efficiently process claim requests as well as resolve claim issues as needed.
- Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim.
- Communicate home warranty information effectively.
- Notate claim information accurately into the database.
- In-depth troubleshooting of appliance and home repair.
- Initiate relationships with contractors/technicians.
- Approving work orders.
- Negotiate the cost of covered repairs and/or replacements.
- Verifying work order completion.
- Analyze provided invoices/receipts.
- Provide follow-up information to customers as needed

**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- High English Proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous call center experience
- Proficiency in Excel - Data entry
- Experience handling escalated situations
- Home appliance or home warranty experience
- Handy Man Experience Required: Plumbing, Appliance, HVAC experience
- **Workspace**:A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
- **Equipment**:a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
