Estamos en búsqueda de nuestro próximo**:"PROJECT MANAGER - OIL & GAS** **" - SUPERINTENDENTE DE OBRA**

**Para trabajar con : GRUPO ALTAVISTA (MONTERREY N.L)**

**Requerimientos Solicitados**:

- Mantenimiento y operación de sistemas de **transporte por ducto de gas natural o LPG o productos** petrolíferos.
- **Control de obr**a, **control de líneas base** (alcance, costo, tiempo, calidad).
- Cumplimiento de kpi's del proyecto.
- Planeación y ejecución de mantenimientos.
- **Elaboración de reportes** a nível directivo sobre métricas y estatus del proyecto.
- Liderar estrategias para optimización del proyecto.
- **Identificación,** control y mitigación de **riesgos.**:

- Control de proveedores y contratistas.
- Manejo de personal a su cargo y control total del proyecto
- Seguimiento y control del proyecto, costos, desviaciones, etc.
- **Proyectos relacionados al mantenimiento de ductos Oil and Gas (preventivo, correctivo y predictivo)**:

- Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos
- Conocimiento de integración de equipos e instrumentos, sistemas de medición, pruebas, puesta en marcha, interconexión de sistemas de medición, acondicionamientos mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos, programas y actividades de mantenimiento relacionadas.
- Lectura de Planos y Redacción de informes técnicos.
