- Research Analyst_

Researches and gathers labor market information. Tracks and updates all changes to databases as it relates to client and internal projects.
- **Duties**:

- Researches labor market information of all the Latin America region.
- Gathers data and inputs data in a database.
- Maintains accurate information relating to specific markets.
- Article research on internet (different sources in Latin America).
- Updates data by conducting telephone surveys, contacting economic development agencies, staffing agencies and employers, internet research, and other sources.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor´s degree
- Licenciatura en Relaciones o Negocios Internacionales, Mercadotecnia, Economía o afín.
- Fully bilingual (English & Spanish). Basic knowledge of Portuguese (a nice to have)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively present information to co-workers and supervisors on a one-on-one basis.
- The ability to be resourceful to identify information and contact sources capable of providing accurate and reliable information to be included in site selection studies.
- Must be able to maintain client confidentiality.
- Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
- Ability to solve problems in standard situations.
- Basic analytical skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Good Internet skills.
