We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Estate Administrative Specialist.

Requirements

Responsabilities:

- Receive, log and track incoming cases
- Engage and communicate with Executor(s)/Personal representative
- Provide branches with final approval for branches to follow up with personal representative(s) for settlement.
- To be familiar with documentation required for deceased case management.
- Ensure that due diligence, audit & compliance requirements are adhered to.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree inAdministration, Finance, Management or similar.
- Experience in Estates related to understand legal documentation.
- Operations background.
- Knowledge in collecting and managing data.
- Mathematical Skills.
- Advanced level of written and oral English.
