**Designation**:QA Engineer

**Location**:México (Metropolitan area preferably)

**Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

**Shift Timings**: Rotational Shift (Local time 8 hours shift between 7:00AM to 8:00 PM CST from Monday to Friday, but not limited to availability on Saturdays if required)
- Excellent in Analytical & Presentation Skills
- Have knowledge of utilizing ticketing tools and knowledge base documentation
- Good Technical and Communication skills and ability to articulate technical issues.
- Analyse and resolve complex issues without oversight.
- Deeply analyze queries and resolve issues related to relevant systems and aspects, including Databases, API, etc.
- Constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
- Implementing new initiatives and innovative ideas
- Ensure that SLA is met at the required standard of quality.
- Build and maintain technical documentation (Troubleshooting guides, FAQs, Tutorials, etc)
- Identify and report bugs to developers, and work with DevOps to fix tech problems.
- Share gained knowledge across the team.
- Ensuring adherence to all company approved policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 3+ year experience in SQL

Proven experience as Virtual desktop support engineer or similar role, preferably at the L3 level.

Hands-on experience in databases (examination will be applied)

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in IoT, API and/or IR in retail concepts/processes.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

App Support knowledge and good analyzing skills.

Proven experience in Backend and Frontend UI related support

Familiarity with various types of CRM software

Confidence in presenting reports and training materials

**Hard Skills**:

- Hands on SQL/ Database Testing.
- Good enough in Api Testing (Postman)
- Excellent in trouble shooting and debugging.
- Should have knowledge of UAT Testing.
- Manual Testing Experience is required.

Fluent in speaking and writing English.

Portuguese is a plus.

Excel - Advanced level

SQL (Intermediate)

Python knowledge is a plus.

Knowledge of analytics data interpretation or navigation in PowerBI is a plus.

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving skills and a good understanding of how to troubleshoot, replicate, and perform other common activities to fix the issue.

Strong customer service, organizational, and conflict management skills.

Excellent critical thinking, communication, presentation, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges.

**Salary**: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
