**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the development & creation of customized, compelling and persuasive proposals that reflect our prospective and existing client's needs
- Develop an understanding of the proposed solution and then build upon current information and material to craft a tailored proposal that incorporates bid strategy, specific client benefits, organizational positioning, and supporting messages and case studies
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and write new content for proposal responses while updating the centrally managed knowledge base
- Prepare responses to incoming RFPs ensuring clear and consise messaging, grammar, and formatting while adhering to departmental processes and procedures
- Curate, grow, and update our team library of approved content, driving and organizing proposal content to maximize reuse effectiveness and utility
- Assist in identifying new RFP opportunities including registering for bid notifications with new prospects
- Interface with management and sales staff to ensure that proposals meet client/prospect requirements and reflect bid strategy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to the above responsibilities
- Must be comfortable creating documents that meet compliance and technology requirements, align with sales objectives, provide clear technical and non-technical information.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years’ experience writing, editing, and preparing RFPs/RFIs/DDQs in a technology-related sector
- Exceptional content writing, editing, and proofreading skills, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as above-average analytical skills
- Able to work efficiently and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders from across the business and form effective working relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong team player and can work within a remote environment
