**About the Team**

The IGIU Applications Center of Excellence (ACE) Team, part of the Product Development group, is dedicated to optimize the process of handling customer bugs and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

**As part of the ACE Development team, you will**:

- Design, develop and maintain features for user-facing, back end, and infrastructure-type requirements
- Be part of a team practicing Agile and Scrum

Career Level - IC3

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnose and Resolve Issues**:Triage complex bugs, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth functionality.
- **Mentorship**:Guide and support other team engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- **Bug Management**:Categorize, prioritize, and address bugs efficiently.
- **Solution Development**:Provide and implement solutions through:

- System configuration
- Data corrections
- Workarounds
- Minor code changes
- **Documentation**:Accurately document bugs and service requests, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- **Customer Communication**:Maintain clear and precise communication with customers, delivering timely updates.
- **Knowledge Sharing**:Develop knowledge base articles for customers and the Support team to facilitate issue resolution and improve overall efficiency.

**Job Requirements**
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+years of practical experience in product development
- 3+ years of experience on SASS Aplications
- 3+ years of experience in customer care or support roles
- Working experience in development tools such as Jira, Git, Selenium.
- Good understanding of Agile software development principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills
