- PRINCIPLE DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate effectively and positively with the HR team.Track open positions using recruiting software.- Manage the résumé database.-
- Build relationships with local schools to attract talent.-
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.-
- Assist in the new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.-
- Assist in the intern program by planning orientations, scheduling rotations and assignments, and monitoring intern job contributions.- REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English and Spanish-
- Previous experience working as a junior recruiter.-
- Knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
- Advanced interpersonal skills.-
- Critical thinking skills.-
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel-
- Good organizational skills.
