**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of scale, proportion, human anatomy and surface properties.
- Ability to work well within a team and training juniors
- Ability to learn new software and technologies.
- Knowledge in digital sculpting.
- Strong knowledge of Blender
- Experience with Cycles render engine, strong understanding in material creation and node editing.
- Experience in UV creation
- Experience in composition, camera and light setup.
- Experience in Blender shader/ material creation
- Photoshop, Texture Tuning
- Experience Painting textures, from hand or based on texture reference

**Required Experience**:

- 2+ Years working in the entertainment industry (Game, Animation or Cinema Production).
- Following guidelines and specific procedures for content creation.

**Recommended Skills**:

- Knowledge in DAZ 3D and or Marvelous Designer.
- Experience in Substance Painter or Quixel Mixer.
- Interest in Digital Fashion and Human Realistic Rendering

**Tasks**:

- Realistic Avatar and Scene Compositions
- Realistic Material Baking
- High Quality Renders (no polygon limit)
