**RESÚMEN**:
Coordina la ejecución con calidad de la implementación de NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) para alcanzar cero pérdidas con resultados alineados al Negocio de forma sostenible, maximizando la aplicacion de herramientas y ciclos SDCA/PDCA con métodos y sistemas de LEAN y TPM enfocado en Mejora Enfocada, Productividad Industrial y Digital, a partir del desarrollo de competencias y definiendo la forma de trabajar en la fábrica (way of working). Soporta el área de producción para el cumplimiento de los Manufacturing Standards (Maquina, Material, Mano de Obra y Energía) para lograr de manera integral la excelencia operativa en términos de confiabilidad de información, capacidad productiva, performance, costos y servicio.

**UN DÍA EN LA VIDA DE**

**1. Implementación en la fábrica de NCE+Digital**

Impulsar los resultados de la fábrica a través del desarrollo de competencias, coaching y auditorías a los sistemas, prácticas y herramientas de NCE+Digital
- Lidera las buenas practicas para la correcta gestión de reuniones operacionales integrando las rutinas de gestión SDCA/PDCA en la fábrica.
- Propone una estructura adecuada y ubicación de recursos para garantizar la sincronízación de funciones y sus entregables hacía el Grupo de Trabajo Autónomo de producción.
- Define y crea la estructura de gestión en Connect para asegurar la confiabilidad de datos, clasificación y seguimiento de las perdidas de productividad.
- Promueve el desarrollo de competencias para impulsar una cultura de cero pérdidas, integrando diferentes herramientas de Problem Solving con TPM y Lean, conforme madurez de las fábricas en la implementación de NCE.
- Soporta el desarrollo de OMP de Fabrica & Baby OMPs y el cascadeo de medidas/objetivos

**2. Creación de Competencias en herramientas de mejora enfocada**

Entrenar, dar coaching y auditar los sistemas, prácticas y herramientas de mejora enfocada
- Lídera la gestión del pilar de Focused Improvement de la fábrica
- Identifica gaps de competencia y creación de planes de desarrollo a nível planta para asegurar enfoques a las prioridades y perdidas priorizadas
- Da seguimiento al desarrollo & correcto uso del conocimiento para eliminar pérdidas en la fábrica (incluidos líderes Belts)
- Soporta a Contraloría de fábrica en la identificación de las principales pérdidas para la definición de proyecto de ahorro

**3. Lidera la correcta gestión de la Productividad Industrial de la fábrica y soporte funcional a Manufactura/Producción**
- Asegura las competencias en el equipo de producción y garantiza el cumplimiento a los manufacturing standards (St 21.908 y Health Checks productivos) de la fabrica y sus indicadores, retando su efectividad y la congruencia de mejoras implementadas vs resultados obtenidos con la reducción/eliminación de pérdidas
- Soporta la elaboración y validación del presupuesto de recursos necesarios a nível planta de acuerdo a los Manufacturing Standards, para Mano de obra, Material, Maquina y Energías.
- Realiza estudios de capacidades productivas a partir de los Manufacturing Standards y datos reales para el forecast anualizado, y capacita y garantiza que las áreas productivas realizan los estudios de capacidad a través de la herramienta CST 4.0. Asegurar el ejercicio de capacidad total fábrica
