Analyst - Performance Reporting

**About the role**:
Working closely with Manager of Business Analysis, Planning & Reporting (BAPR), this role delivers business and functional management reporting, standardised planning, analysis and performance reporting. The key purpose of this role is to provide visibility of performance and analysis for better decision making across the business

**What you will be doing**:

- Reporting- Provides accurate, meaningful and timely business and Regional performance reports to the Group or Regional management team to enable effective business partnering
- Assist in the planning and execution of the Month end and quarterly reporting and helps ensure they are compliant with Group and / or Regional requirements and completed on a timely basis
- Assists with Monthly Executive Reports (Board Financial Performance Report, Group Operations Report and Regional Operations Reports, Regional or sub-Regional MBRs)
- Preparation of Group and Regional TWC reporting
- Ad-hoc analysis that is required to be completed
- Assist with providing financial support to VP Investor Relations with preparation of profit report, investor slides, finance back-up files, Q&As and completion of broker analysis reviews
- Budgeting, Planning and Forecasts- Assists with the analysis and reporting of budgets, planning and forecasts for the region.
- Assist co-ordination of the annual budget process at an overall Region level
- Assist co-ordination of the Regional short term (mid-month and monthly) and long term (annual) forecast process

**What you will bring**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance. Accounting, Business or Econimics discipline
- Advance English conversational skills
- Experience in a large, global business in a similar role, preferably as part of a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Reporting team
- 2+ years post graduate experience in accounting or finance (or related discipline)
- SAP knowledge would be especially helpful, including understanding of other SAP modules and business inteligence tools i.e. BPC / BI Hana / Power BI. Previous experience with HFM would be advantageous
