**Resumen del Puesto**:
El Líder de Producción es responsable de realizar la coordinación de las necesidades de producción siguiendo los procedimientos de seguridad y calidad establecidos en la empresa y que se requieran de acuerdo con el programa de producción, el llenado de reportes de producción, seguimiento del sistema SFM del Power Base, EWO Log. Así mismo es responsable de asegurarse que los empleados cumplan con los métricos de la empresa (Seguridad SAM (Be Aware), Calidad FTF, OEE, Ideas Quick Kaizen).

**Funciones Esenciales**:

- Revisar Lista de asistencia
- Coordinar las prioridades de producción con los operadores
- Tiene la facultad de detener la producción en caso de que se comprometa la seguridad del empleado o la calidad del producto.
- Verificar que los empleados cumplan con los métricos y programas establecidos de la empresa.
- Apoya al supervisor para asegurar que los requerimientos del cliente se cumplan
- Responsable de asegurarse que se realiza la calibración de los Gages
- Responsable de coordinar actividades de 5’s en su área
- Apoyar al equipo en la generación de Ideas Quick Kaizen
- Generar EWO’s y asegurarse que se capturar en EWO Log
- Generar ordenes de trabajo de mantenimiento
- Apoyar, coordinar y darle seguimiento a las Be Aware de los empleados a su cargo
- Monitorear pizarrones de producción (Cuando aplique)
- Actualizar torres de producción y pizarrones en Power Base
- Coordinar llegada de castings con los operadores
- Verifica que el operador esté capturando eventos adecuadamente en el sistema OEE Alert
- El empleado tiene la autoridad de parar la línea de producción, cuando aperciba que el producto tiene una problema o defecto de calidad
- Apoyar las actividades y procedimientos de PSA con los miembros del equipo
- Realizar todas aquellas actividades que por la naturaleza del puesto sean requeridas

**Gestión y Responsabilidades de Supervisión**:

- Este puesto es responsable de apoyar en la supervisión de otros empleados.

**Conocimiento**:

- Conocimiento en principios de seguridad en Maquinas
- Interpretación de Diagrama de Pareto
- Dominio de Lecturas e interpretación de Planos
- Conocimiento y Dominio en equipo de medición (Gages)
- Conocimientos y Dominio en Offset Geométricos
- Conocimiento en el sistema de coordenadas en 4 ejes
- Conocimientos e interpretación en alarmas de máquinas CNC
- Interprtetación de FMEA
- Interpretación del Plan de Control
- Liberar maquinas con estudios de capacidad y conocimientos en SPC

**Experiência**:

- Tener la Categoría “A” de preferencia o mínimo 1 año de experiência en el manejo de personal
- Experiência en herramientas de corte

**Habilidades**:

- Manejo básico de sistemas computacionales
- Habilidad en el manejo de personal
- Habilidades interpersonales
- Habilidad para llevar a cabo multi-tareas y solución de problemas
