Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Master Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, Campus North.

Reporting to the Materials Manager the Master Planner Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.
- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.
- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.
- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Administration or related.
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Experience as MPS, Planner or similar position.
- Strong experience in customer demand planning
- Experience in mechanical or electronics industry.
- English advance (spoken and written)
- Knowledge in (ERP- Baan)
- CTB and procurement knowledge.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Work under pressure, priorities.
- Organized
- Proactive, positive.
- Kinaxis is also a plus.
