**Responsibilities**:
**Transition Specialist (Project Manager)**

**Main Purpose**

Project manager for a Latin America & USA Scope project; coordinating work planning, risk management, project governance, issues reporting, etc. and support process architecture within the project.

**Accountabilities / Responsibilities**
- Manages Latin America & USA scope project; work planning, risk management, issues reporting, etc.
- Defines, plans, organizes, tracks and manages the project oversight to meet defined requirements or business specifications.
- Ensures project is delivered on time, within budget and with measurable quality results.
- Creates and maintains project management deliverables for the project including workplans, project timeline, project charter, risk / issues / change management and lessons learned.
- Provides project management services for the delivery manager or sponsor to enable project business solution delivery.
- Responsible for communication and change management for the project stakeholders.
- Creates project workplan.
- Develops project schedule.
- Documents project risk and issue log.
- Establishes project change log.
- Captures the project costs for the budget manager.
- Leads and ensures compliance of Transition Methodology.
- Support process architecture within the project. Flow Charts, Narratives, SIPOCs, KPIs, OLA, SLAs, etc

Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirement**
- ** Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management.
- High English level (writing and speaking) due to the interaction with USA Teams.
- 2+ years of experience in project management and preferable experience in redesign of business processes.
- Project Management certification desirable.
- Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
- Software Knowlegde:

- Office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Preferable Visio.
- Preferable MS Project.
- Availability to Travel within Latin America countries and USA.
- ** Key Skills**:

- Leadership skills to coordinate and manage cadence of meetings aligned with the project governance.
- Effective Communication with Managers.
- Flexibility to manage the interaction with team on different countries and across functional teams.
- Work with the program manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Partners with the sponsors/delivery managers (L11-LG3) to ensure business objectives or goals are met.
- Work with Global Program Management Office to ensure compliance to Project Lifecycle Methodology.
- Partner with budget manager to ensure funding.
- Work with process design team to support process architecture and assure documentation quality.
- Works with the external vendor supporting the implementation of the project.
- Analytical skills to support project financials.
