Acerca de la posición

Coordinar todas aquellas actividades operativas relacionadas a mantener una eficiencia de los procesos productivos y a mejorar continuamente estos.

Lo que puede esperar como Ingeniero(a) de Procesos:

- Desarrollar e implementar nuevos procesos y mejorar los existentes para mejorar la eficiencia, reducir costos y garantizar la calidad del producto. Mejora continua sistemática y optimización de los procesos productivos.
- Medición y optimización del Tiempo de Ciclo para mejorar el rendimiento de las líneas de producción. Realización de estudios de tiempos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencia en los puestos de trabajo individuales.
- Responsable de crear y mantener documentación crítica, incluidas instrucciones de trabajo, PFMEA (Análisis de efectos y modos de falla del proceso), planes de control y mapas de procesos.
- Aplicar y mantener principios y herramientas de Lean Manufacturing, como Kaizen, 5S´s y Six Sigma para mejorar los procesos y eliminar el desperdicio.
- Colaborar con el departamento de mantenimiento para garantizar el mantenimiento y las reparaciones regulares de los equipos de fabricación, y coordinar con otros departamentos para garantizar operaciones de producción fluidas.
- Organizar y dirigir sesiones de capacitación para el personal de producción para garantizar la comprensión del proceso y el cumplimiento de las instrucciones de trabajo y los estándares de seguridad.
- Monitorear los datos de producción, analizar tendencias e informar los hallazgos sobre el desempeño y las oportunidades de mejora a la gerencia, preparación de PDCA.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el departamento de Calidad para analizar defectos, mejorar los estándares de calidad y garantizar el cumplimiento de las auditorías y regulaciones internas y externas. Garantizar la eficiencia de la producción sin rechazos o eliminarlos durante los procesos de producción.

Su perfil como Ingeniero(a) de Procesos:

- Ingeniería Terminada.
- Al menos 5 años de experiência en algún puesto similar.
- Ingles Avanzado (Conversacional).
- AutoCAD (deseable).
- Experiência ISO/IATF.
