**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Works in a data center environment with an overarching responsibility of ensuring smooth operation of Medtronic IT systems.
- Utilizes enterprise monitoring tools to identify issues across multiple technologies.
- This includes continuously monitoring critical IT systems, data center job completion, equipment, storage devices, printers and other system.
- Monitors for operator messages, at risk situations or error indicators.
- Reacts appropriately to resolve, escalate and/or report system issues or malfunctions as required.
- May perform work incidental to IT system operations such as day-to-day data center tasks, maintaining production records, backup tape management, printer management and distributing output materials.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services
- English Intermediate/ Advanced

**Nice to Have
- Experience in the use of platforms such as: Power apps, advanced Excel, general knowledge of SAP.
