**About our client**

Our client, a leading player in the Mexican industrial real estate sector, seeks an experienced professional to join its team as Leasing Manager. You will have the chance to join a seasoned team of professionals that has built a solid and growing presence in the country. The position is based in Mexico City.

**What the job involves**
- Manage daily and ongoing leasing activities throughout the country, supporting the property management team and other internal stakeholders in customer interactions, acquisitions, development, and dispositions
- Supervise the properties in the portfolio
- Analyse market intelligence by area
- Elaborate LOI, execute and monitor signing of contracts
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers and counterparties
- Support ongoing development activities, including market assessments, building & park design, project development, and BTS originations & negotiations
- Interact with existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and needs
- Prepare lease proposals and negotiate commercial terms
- Cultivate relationships with new clients and brokers
- Execute the marketing plan

**Who we are looking for**
- Solid knowledge of Mexico’s real estate industry, preferably the industrial sector, garnered at a private equity fund, bank, developer or other key industry player
- Degree in finance, business, accounting, engineering, or another related field
- MBA is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and promotional/commercial skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
