**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Assistant to join our team. The Traffic Assistant will play a crucial role in managing the logistics operations, including customer order tracking, communication with customs brokers, transportation vendors, and other suppliers, as well as generating reports and overseeing the progress of services in real-time.

**Responsibilities**:
Follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with customs brokers, transportation vendors, and other suppliers to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.

Keep track of services in progress, including monitoring the status of shipments and containers.

Generate reports on shipping activities, performance metrics, and other relevant data.

Organize and coordinate the uploading, transportation, and delivery of shipments and containers.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Provide support to the logistics team as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to traffic management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role within the logistics industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures is preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
