We seek an additional IT Helpdesk and Call Center agent to extend our existing 24x7 support team.
Main activities for several global projects:
- Hotline coverage
- Case creation
- Coordination with customers, partners, managers, and field engineers
- Dispatch to field
- Escalation to other departments/levels
- Other support tasks
Experiência y requisitos
- Knowledge of spoken and written French and English (minimum B2 level)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Foreigners are required to have a valid work permit.Beneficios
