**Lider de Tripulacion - Team Leader (Paletizado)***:
**Qué harás**:

- Coordina las actividades del día a día del equipo de trabajo, para asegurar que las operaciones de fabricación se llevan de acuerdo con las especificaciones y los programas de producción establecidos; volumen, coste y objetivos de desperdicio; y los estándares de calidad.
- Lidera a su tripulación (Etiquetador operador B, C y D) personal adicional y/o áreas de soporte (temporal y contratistas dentro de su área de trabajo).
- Supervisa al personal para asegurar que todas las tareas de Paletizado se llevan a cabo en el área y los equipos, asignados de manera segura.
- Realiza la ejecución de verificaciones de equipos de control de calidad.
- Transfiere conocimiento a su equipo, conoce y comunica a su tripulación los objetivos establecidos de planta y de su línea.
- Entrega de muestras de retención, detecta y reporta casi accidentes de calidad, documenta investigación de causa raíz, así como los planes de acción de eventos relacionados con PNC.
- Asegura la corrección de las fallas en el funcionamiento de la maquinaria, logrando así la continuidad del proceso.
- Aplica y asegura que todo el grupo siga los estándares determinados (CIL, [ Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication (limpieza, inspección, lubricación)], CL [Centerline (Parámetros Centrales)], Setting, procedimientos operativos e Instrucciones de Trabajo.
- Asegura y mantiene el correcto registro diario de la captura de la información dentro de SAP (llenado del previo al mantenimiento, crear órdenes de trabajo, carga de materiales, asignación de responsable de cada actividad, confirmación de las actividades, y el llenado mensual de las necesidades y sugerencias sobre mantenimiento),
- Asegura y mantiene el correcto registro diario de la conciliación de la producción entre Planta y Cedis.
- Acude a juntas DOM con información completa (detallada y con evidencias) sobre los resultados del día anterior, así como pendientes que impidan la continuidad del proceso o la calidad del producto.
- Asegura el abastecimiento en máquina de la materia prima requerida, preparación de los materiales, el que la tripulación este completa, el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento, el plan de producción y el que se cumplan las direcciones establecidas en la junta DOM.
- Mantiene de forma correcta la administración de etiquetas para el sistema WMS.
- Recibe y entrega el turno de una manera clara y oportuna.
- Asegura el proceso de evaluación de desempeño en tiempo y forma, así como brindar retroalimentación positiva y oportuna con el personal a su cargo.
- Es responsable de cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas, procedimientos y políticas de seguridad y calidad.

**Educacion**:estudios técnicos procesos de producción, mecánica, mantenimiento, ingeniería industrial o carrera afín, preferentemente con título.

**Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (indispensable).**

**Manejo de: Excel, SAP y WMS (indispensable).**

**Inglés básico.**

**Experiência**:+3 años de experiência en: CEDIS y/o Almacenes. Dominio de inventarios, proceso S&OP, logística, cadena de suministro y conocimiento procesos productivos (indispensable).**

**Manejo de personal sindicalizado (indispensable).**

**Habilidades**:
Comunicar correctamente, sentido de urgencia, l iderazgo, c apacidad de análisis, negociación, toma estratégica de decisiones, administración de recursos, manejo de KPI’s.
