This position of Lab Manager is responsible for leading, managing and controlling all Testing Laboratory activities with the objective to validate automotive electromechanical and electronic products.**Responsibilities**:

- Leading Testing Laboratory to implement all of CV/DV/PV (Concept Validation, Design Validation and Product Validation) and other tests to support product development and validation.
- Support customer RFQs.
- Managing and supervising lab in line with BCS global test standards and processes.
- Directing, coaching and training lab personnel for product tests in product development period and other validation activities.
- Ensuring that the Testing Laboratory meets all project/customer key milestones within the product development period.
- Ensuring all of CV/DV/PV tests requirements are mature through design reviews, DFMEA review, Gate review and other BCS design procedures.
- Leading VAVE activities of lab.
- Coordinating new products/projects activities with TPL, PM and CPA team.
- Responsible for employee’ performance reviews, remuneration, and any changes in job level or scope.
- Report test and team status to Sr. Engineering Manager Queretaro Tech Center and Engineering Director in regular base.
- Ensuring design milestones/deliverables and a safe launch are met.
