Import-Export Supervisor Sr.

Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Import-Export Supervisor Sr. are to ensure the day-to-day activities be in Customs compliance, deliveries are on-time according to company´s expectations, maximize operational efficiencies on Customs / Logistics activities.

Educational /Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or extensive experience in Customs and Logistics (+3 years preferred)

**Skills**:

- Extensive experience in MX Customs Regulations
- Experience in Logistics
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Languages: English, preferred

Competencies
- Must be comfortable making decisions under pressure and uncertainty.
- Able to work under a high level of pressure with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong personnel management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, Apply, Adopt the new Customs rules to the day-to-day activities, accordingly /Coordinate the disposal of the obsolete material reported by Purchasing area to be destroyed/Send to SAT the disposal letter of the obsolete material destroyed/ Issue Annual Immex Declaration/Supervise that the import and export files have their corresponding customs legal supports as well as digital files be updated/Monitor to receive the Certificates of Origin from vendors/Monitor the Certificates of Origin for the finished goods be set up in time.
- Supervise all equipment has the import pedimento accordingly / Coordinate the change of regimen, regularizations of the equipment according to the needs of the company.
- Admin the TPL & OEA/CTPAT procedures to be in Compliance.
- Admin Activities: Audit external broker bills and freight payments from local carriers/Compile information to provide forecast every month for customs & logistics accounts/ Compile information for annual budget for customs & Logistics accounts/Approves I/E payroll.
- Logistics Activities: Supervise the flow of SB&NB loads to keep a pool of trailers/ Supervise INXX system be updated accordingly/Monitor the exportation of STOS, RGAs be done on time as per requests/Coordinate Hot shipments of finished goods/Supervise the interplants be delivered on time /Supervise Asia shipments be delivered on time to destination. /Coordinate importations from other countries.
