Warehouse Coordinator

**For our US subsidiary located in Monterrey, NL, we are currently recruiting a Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator**.

**The Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator **is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations to include warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes. He/she supervises a team of warehouse clerks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new operational methodologies to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
- Optimize and maintain inventory based on demand and supply chain activities. He will cooperate with our Headquarter in Italy to align on inventory and sourcing strategies avoiding redundances.
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales team and customer service team to ensure supplies are stocked and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Identifying ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
- Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.

**Additional tasks**:

- Training of the new employees
- Support the shipping team in emergency situations.
- Assure a clean, tidy and safe warehouse working environment
- Managing the non-conformity requests received from Customers
- Managing the programming of devices
- Responsible for the optimization of the shipping cost (inbound transport costs and outbound shipping costs to Customers)

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistic management. Experience in BTB material supply in industrial automation environment is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Analytics, Economics or related field, or equivalent.
- **Language**: English. Italian would be a plus.
- **Travel**: Training will be performed in Skokie (IL) and in Viano (Italy) at E80Group Headquarter. Duration approx. -9 months. During this period, it’s required to be at the training location for 4 weeks in a row.
