We foster a culture that promotes the safety of our employees, contractors, and communities. Currently we have the vacancy for the position of Controlling Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaboratively support the organization's stakeholders;
- Promote and challenge financial-commercial performance by evaluating volumes, margins and some other indicators;
- Provide detailed and relevant financial analysis for decision making;
- Guarantee the monthly financial closing and deliverables within the deadline, with accuracy and quality;
- Ensure annual Business Plan deliverables in accordance with established processes, assumptions and timeline;
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities;
- Interact with peer areas of financial management and control to maximize financial results and profitability;
- Support the Controlling Supervisor in reporting and presentation demands
- Be enthusiastic about Yara's values, promoting a diverse, safe and inclusive environment.
- Perform reconciliations related to Incomes/PVC and Fixed costs
- Support the inventory stock taking routines at the different locations.

**Profile**:

- University degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration
- Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning and structured approach
- Microsoft Office (Excel advanced, PowerPoint intermediate)
- Thinkcell
- SAP
- Accounting / IFRS (intermediate)
- Spirit of collaboration and curiosity
- 1-3 years of experience within controlling, finance or similar is preferred
- Experience in agro
- or industrial business sectors is preferred
- English level (Intermediate) preferred
- Interaction and communication
- Planning and organization.

- Analytical skills.
- Collaborative mindset.
