**RESÚMEN**:
Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los planes de marketing asegurando su implementación para el correcto desenvolvimiento del mismo. Así como proponer y desarrollar estrategias para las marcas asignadas con el soporte del líder responsable de Marketing de la categoría, basado en tendencias, operadores, consumidores y competidores para contribuir al crecimiento rentable y sustentable.

**UN DÍA EN LA VIDA DE
- Coordinar y ejecutar el marketing plan dando seguimiento a todos los involucrados en la cadena de valor con el propósito de cumplir los tiempos, presupuestos y objetivos de ventas del negocio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del Brand Essence en cada una de las actividades estratégicas y tácticas de la categoría asignada.
- Dar recomendaciones de crecimiento para el negocio, a través del conocimiento y entendimiento de los consumidores de la categoría, interpretando las diferentes fuentes de información, colaborando en la definición de precios, comunicación & promociones para la categoría asignada con un enfoque en satisfacer las necesidades del consumidor.
- Controlar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto, asegurando todos los movimientos de pago con el fin de sincronizar el presupuesto con el fin de asegurar la inversión en la categoría asignada.
- Alinear a todos los Key stakeholders de la Marca Starbucks ( Alsea, SBUX Seattle, equipo Global, Mexico Internal consult board) para asegurar la estrategia de "One Brand Approach" dentro de la organización
