Commissions Manager (Full-Time)

As a Commissions Manager, you will be responsible for calculating monthly payments to distributors and providing support for any questions or concerns they may have. You will work closely with the finance and administration team to support them in their day-to-day activities.

Here are the key requirements for the role:

- Strong knowledge of advanced Excel
- Analytical skills including experience with pivot tables and data analysis formulas
- Creative, analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of administration, finance and accounting

Responsibilities include:

- Calculating commission payments to distributors
- Resolving distributors' doubts about their monthly payments
- Creating Excel reports as requested by superiors
- Supporting the Finance, Administration and Accounting teams

In addition to a net monthly salary of 20,000 MXN, we offer opportunities for growth within the company. After 2 years of working with us, you may have the chance to move to the USA.
