We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content & Social Media Senior to join our team and help us scale our product through an assertive and engaging social media strategy.

What you’ll be doing at albo:
It will also be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring albo's social media strategy across all media and channels in order to increase brand awareness, enhance marketing efforts and increase engagement and adoption of the entire albo offering. Key responsibilities include social media strategy design and social media calendar planning, and must be able to work with agencies and/or internal teams and specialists to produce engaging content for different social media channels. This position requires a deep knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, BeReal, Twitch, FaceCast, Howdoo, etc.) and its trends, influencer management, as well as a passion for designing and driving top quality content that will engage different audiences and provide them with valuable content.

Objectives and responsibilities

**Analysis & Insights**:

- Work as a team with the brand strategist in researching current trends and understanding the context that could affect brand positioning.
- Observe and analyze to understand the market, context, consumer, our customers and competitor trends.
- Analyze competitors to identify their content strategies, strengths and weaknesses.
- Assist in conducting audits to assess the brand's position in the market and ways to reinforce it through content and storytelling.
- Research and establish target keywords to write search engine optimized (SEO) copy that is both entertaining and informative.
- Manage relationships and follow up with agencies for collection of reports, metrics, data, etc.

**Strategy**:

- Familiarize yourself with organization's ideals and brand principles to create content that supports their objectives and identity.
- Oversee a content production team's creation and management of targeted content for the company's channels, from website and landing pages to marketing and sales materials.
- Align the strategy and operation through a master content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content and communication lines throughout the year
- Edit, proofread and improve texts when necessary and ensure all data and work is legally compliant
- Craft our brand storytelling to tell customers about the brand, its products and services in a way that evoke an emotional connection with them.
- Set communication goals, develop communication and content strategies
- Work with brand strategist, brand leadership, marketing and product peers to craft core messages and define content for product and marketing campaigns

**Collaboration**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders throughout marketing, sales, product, PR, customer service and people; developing trust and enabling a cohesive cross-functional brand narrative and content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate our brand promise, and ensure that all products, services, and communications consistently communicate that promises
- Team up with content creators: agencies, producers, copywriters and designers to oversee the content production and ensure their consistent tone and message
- Research and partner with content creatives from agencies to individual contributors (influencers).
- Help the team to deliver online and offline communications on different channels and media by overseeing the tactics.
- Overseeing the approaches on copywriting and ux-writing to ensure consistency and appropriateness of the brand messages & promises.

About you and what type of skills you'll need:

- +3 years of experience developing concepts and working with the Brand team.
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex topics
- Excellent leadership and team building skills with proven experience
- Constantly curious to understand the consumer needs, the political and cultural context and the market
- Excellent grammar and orthography
- Extremely organized with demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
- Familiar with SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
- Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
- Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
- Deep understanding of trends in content, technology and social media.
