- Desarrollar un ambiente de Trabajo en Equipo y Un alto involucramiento en el personal
- Ayudar a los equipos de producción en el seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento en el proceso de fabricación
- Participar en la implementación de los pilares WO ,AM, PM, QC, FI y PD ,utilizando metodología de WCM
- Responsable de asegurar que las áreas de soporte participen en la solución de los problemas del área.
- Liderar los proyectyos de FI derivados de las matrices de QA, CD, Logistica m, ambiental relacionados con la calidad del proceso, asi como la seleccion de la herramienta de FI que solucione el problema
- Responsable de supervisar y mantener Cp, Cpk, FTC, FTQ valores anterior requerida níveles (Metas) en todas las características críticas y Gates. Liderar actividades de acción correctiva para mantener valores dentro de control.
- Responsable del monitoreo de las acciones correctivas y correctivas necesarias en para meter el proceso en control
- Mantenimiento de documentación del proceso de fabricación con respecto a la capacidad (Cp, Cpk, FTC, FTQ)
- Liderar el proceso de validación de EMP (Error/Error Proofing), documentando todo EMPs en el proceso de fabricación, identificando críticos a EMPs de calidad con el equipo de calidad, agregando EMPs reactivos y proactivos como sea necesario
- Liderar el desarrollo y aplicar el proceso de desafío EMP sobre todo crítica a calidad EMPs
- Proporcionar soporte a LPA (auditoría escalonada) Check list o asegurar la producción y procesos de calidad están siendo ejecutados de acuerdo al procedimiento
- Liderar la actualización periódica ,Mantener y Resguardar el P-FMEA, planes de Control y ayudas visuales después de ser entregados por AME en nuevos programas
- Participar en la aprobación final de la inspección, medición y prueba de los equipos para ser utilizados en el área de fabricación
- Conducir acciones correctivas y cambios para mantener la inspección, medición y prueba equipos actualizados
- Liderar el proceso para establecer, mantener y asegurar GAGEs correlación entre línea y equipo de CMM de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos
- Liderar el proceso de análisis de los parámetros que influyen en la variación del producto y ayudar a equipo interdisciplinario en la identificación de la causa raíz y coordinar la Implementación de acciones de mejora de procesos
- Apoyar las auditorías de calidad proceso según sea necesario y responsable de mantener la fabricación proceso calificación aceptable y desarrollar planes de mejoramiento continuo hacia esta meta
- Participar en el análisis del funcionamiento de los equipos (OEE -- eficiencia global del equipo) por identificar/atacar las causas de la pérdida en el proceso de fabricación *Liderar los Kaizen que atacan las pérdidas Mayores y apoyar las metas WCM sobre OLE, Cp, Cpk, FTC, FTQ, Scrap, FSI, BSI,CARs, motor Pull Outs, alertas de cliente y otros KPI aplicable al proceso
- Dar soporte en la actualización de las instrucciones de trabajo (SOP, SWI) (OPL), Ayuda Visual y otras instrucciones contenidas en Station Readiness
- Coordinar con el ingeniero residente y el equipo de calidad corridas de nuevos productos (producción evaluación Run),
- Participar en las reuniones SE (ingeniería simultánea) para los nuevos programas de motor
- Apoyar el try out de maquina en coordinación con la organización de AME y equipo de calidad
- Poseer el QEP (elementos de calidad, planificación) entregado por el grupo de C calidad
- Responsable de aprobación en todos los cambios en el proceso ( previamente revisados por Ing. De procesos )
- Participar activamente e intervenir en el desarrollo de proyectos en el área de fabricación para reducir/eliminar residuos identificados a través de la implementación del costo
- Responsable de mantener el sistema de gestión de calidad en relación con sus procesos y procedimientos. Será responsable de las acciones correctivas iniciadas desde auditorías internas y externas que se encuentran dentro del proceso de fabricación
- Apoyar todas las actividades requeridas por el líder de unidad de negocio (BUL) para mejorar la seguridad, calidad, entrega y costos en el proceso de fabricación
- Realizar en el análisis del rendimiento de los equipos (OEE - Eficiencia General de los Equipos) al identificar / tratar las causas de la pérdida en el proceso
- Realizar en la aplicación de AM, PM, ES, FI y PD WCM Pilares Requisitos del proceso utilizando metodología WCM
- Responsable de garantizar que el apoyo a miembros de la zona y jefes de equipo tienen Kaizens adecuados asignados
