We are looking for **CS Accountant** n this role, you will be responsible for processing orders as well as conducting detailed cost assessments, ensuring accuracy in pricing and invoicing. You will work closely with the Service Team and other internal departments to manage orders from placement to invoicing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter orders into SAP and communicate order confirmation to customers and team members.
- Organize, schedule, and coordinate backlog check meetings with relevant team members.
- Maintain accurate records of backlog and resolutions for future reference.
- Analyze time and material orders to determine costs associated with labor, expenses, and material.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and vendors to gather data necessary for invoicing.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing.
- Assist with job number assignment for appropriate team members.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and general math skills.
- Proficiency in using an ERP system (SAP preferred) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
