Appointment Setter

As an appointment setter, your primary responsibility will be cold calling businesses to set up appointments for our sales representatives to demonstrate the revolutionary ColdSnap ice cream machine. You’ll work closely with our sales team to generate high-quality leads and help potential clients discover how ColdSnap can enhance their offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to businesses in the food and beverage industry.
- Set appointments for sales representatives to conduct ColdSnap product demonstrations.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of ColdSnap, a revolutionary ice cream-making machine.
- Handle objections and questions from potential clients professionally and confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain motivated in a high-volume call environment.
- Experience with outbound cold calling (preferred, but not required).
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or the ability to learn quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Punctuality and commitment to a Monday to Friday work schedule.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: 12,000 pesos per month.
- **Bonus**: Additional 3,000 pesos per month for attendance and punctuality (up to 15,000 pesos total per month).

**Work Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday** (no weekends)
- Regular working hours apply.
