Depuy Synthes Mexico is recruiting a Professional Sales Representative, to work with the Joints (Hip & Knee Arthroplasty) portfolio, located in Mexico City.

The Sales Representative role is critical to shaping the ongoing success of the business executing new strategies and helping to propel us into being the number one option in **joints**:

- Provide professional clinical support to customers through education and training regarding our technologies.
- Attend procedures and have a constant and direct contact with the customer, give technical and professional support.
- He or she will handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.
- Establish specific sales objectives aligned to the business strategy, business selling action plans and specific strategies for key accounts.
- Have ownership of assigned accounts to develop technical procedures, operative and educational selling and promotional actions.
- Execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action.
- Identify commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the business unit to propose initiatives and solutions and optimize sales.
- Work hand in hand with the marketing team to ensure the results of the business are aligned with the defined strategy.
- Keep updated in product information, launching of products and procedures by constantly study training material, reading product awareness reports, assist to congresses and more.
- Establish strong relationships with physicians, obtain feedback, understand their needs and maintain adequate service levels by providing high level customer support and on
- going communication.
- Monitor the competition, strengthen relationships with all key players this includes (Staffing, Administration, Finance, Purchasing, etc.) from institutions.
- Provide marketing intelligence information to the sales organization.
- Support the inventory management and planning.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Education: University / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required;
- 3 years of professional relevant commercial experience in Medical Devices - Joints
- Intermediate in English;

- **Safe Fleet requirements**:
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required:

- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
