As a Medical Information Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Provide material such as publications and articles to Healthcare Professionals (HCP) or Health Authorities (HA) to resolve their queries.
Adapt the content provided by the global team to include local nuances to be approved by each affiliate, considering language, interest areas, etc.
Establish a new position and process in the region, aligned with NNI structure and inspired by Brazil.
Review internal material, such as promotional material, according to local requirements and regulations, aligned with local business needs before final sign-off by local Medical Science Liaisons.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all medical information activities comply with relevant regulations, such as FDA, EMA, and local regulatory authorities.
- Analyse the data collected and suggest updates on medical education or changes in medical strategy aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with different countries and Therapy Area teams and cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, regulatory affairs, marketing, and customer service, to provide accurate and consistent medical information support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, or healthcare-related discipline). RN/NP/PharmD/PhD/MD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical information or related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Must have knowledge on usage of pubmed and clinicaltrials.gov
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare regulations. (Academic background is preferred.)
- Literature search and assessment skills; Detail-oriented with demonstrated editorial skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Desired knowedge on: SalesForce, Veeva, Microsoft Copilot, End note, Mendeley

**About the department**
The Medical department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for running all clinical development activities from initial planning of clinical trials to authority submission. Our team investigates patients’ reactions to new drugs, compares new drugs to existing products, and runs pre-specified trials in human beings. We provide Biostatistics and Programming, Clinical Reporting, Data Management, Epidemiology/Real World Evidence, and Clinical Pharmacology resources, processes, and competences to all development projects. Our department supports all development projects by providing means for process alignment and optimisation, competency development, knowledge sharing, and training with regard to trial planning and execution across trial management and medical staff. The job is based at our HQ, where we foster a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere.
