Buscamos a un especialista Cuentas Clave (KAM) responsable en dar atención y seguimiento a solicitudes de clientest, conociendo a la perfección sus plataformas web y móvil e interactuando con el área de TI para resolver incidencias. NO ES NECESARIO UN PERFIL TÉCNICO PERO ES DESEABLE QUE CONOZCA LA INDUSTRIA DE TECNOLOGÍA ESPECIALMENTE DE PLATAFORMAS WEB Y APPS.
EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência de Servicios al Cliente, Gestión de Cuentas de Retail (mínima de 1 año en puesto similar).
- Capacidad de interlocución con responsables senior.
- Experiência trabajando en un entorno software empresarial
- Conocimiento de MS Office, con especialidad en Excel.
- Adaptable, altamente organizado, orientado a los detalles, colaborativo, automotivado y multitarea.
- Trabajar bajo presión con atención a los plazos, pensando críticamente para encontrar soluciones.
CONOCIMIENTOS
- Conocimientos en MS Office: Excel avanzado, Teams, Outlook
- Conocimiento de gestión en JIRA
- Conocimiento de Zendesk y levantamiento de tickets
Las actividades diarias incluirán pero no se limitarán a:
- Reuniones de seguimiento diarias con el cliente.
- Conocimiento, actualización, uso y análisis de las herramientas y plataforma del cliente. (APP, WEB, ETC)
- Creación de reportes (incidencias, sincronización)
- Atención, análisis y seguimiento a la solución de incidencias
- Trabajar con el equipo de Operaciones/ HELPDESK para confirmar el éxito del servicio de la plataforma
- Expresar ideas de forma escrita en documentos formales.
- Introducir nuevos productos a clientes existentes para hacer crecer las cuentas.
- Bachiller, técnica mínima
- Deseable: Licenciatura en Administración, Relaciones Comerciales o afín (pasante o titulado)
