**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will maintain health customer accounts by ensuring collection of trade receivables and to ensure that Oracle Account receivable module works as expected also you will need to assist with report development, as well as completing certain and ad hoc request required by management.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Travel to solve collection issues as needed to domestic customer.
- Approve orders that are placed for Credit Hold by ERP system once payment arrangements are secured.
- Mediates between customer and internal Gates' departments such as Customer Service, Marketing, Distribution, Sales and other as required.
- Manage all levels of account complexity of domestic trade receivable accounts.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Researching the reason of payment discrepancies and looking and pushing for prompt approval among areas involved such as Customer Service, Distribution, Marketing, Sales, Plants, etc.
- Performs and implement all Oracle Account Receivable module changes and new releases as needed.
- Provides various monthly Oracle reporting of collection activity determined by management.
- Provides training and support to the Collections Group into Oracle account receivable module.
- Other tasks or duties as assigned.
- To follow and to honor Government environment obligations

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 - 7 of years of progressive experience in administrative, accounting and Oracle AR module experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
- Strong accounting knowledge with experience in all areas of general accounting
- Strong knowledge of general principles of finance
- Knowledge of macroeconomics and microeconomics principles
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
- Medium written and oral interpersonal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship and negotiation skills
- Manage medium volume of stress.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer skills with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong team player: proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all key functions; builds collaborative relationships.
- English proficiency (preferable)
- Knowledge / experience with Oracle ERP
