**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of build and release pipelines.
- Support the automation of build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to facilitate smooth releases.
- Monitor build and deployment processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain CI/CD tools and infrastructure, including Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.
- Follow best practices for version control, branching, and merging strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in the build and release processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, willing to troubleshoot complex build and deployment issues.
- Advanced communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to work in a team-oriented environment, also in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications,** are required to be initially considered for this position:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ months of experience in build and release engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
- 6+ months of experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Circle CI, or similar.
- 6+ months of experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.
- 6+ months of experience working with control systems, particularly Git.
- Intermediate to Advanced English level.
- The position is in Mexico, it is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Computer science engineering is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.
- Experience in refactoring Git repositories, including reorganizing repository structure, optimizing commit history, and ensuring codebase maintainability.
