As a CX Advisor, you are passionate about customer service and resolving issues to deliver a great customer experience every time You are excited about working in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same, embracing change and thriving on the challenge of delivering the best possible outcomes for customers.
Support Contract activities for distributors and direct customers, considering:
- Registration of interactions through the Oracle Platform;
- Critical analysis and registration of orders;
- Software installed base maintenance;
- Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices;
- Support Global Projects;
- Seek resolution of problems and/or requests involving other areas of Rockwell or even Headquarters quickly and that meets the needs of customers.
Good to have
- Costumer services experience
- SAP knowledge and experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
