**MANAGER PMO / PRESENCIAL**

**MONTERREY, NUEVO LEÓN**

Estudios finalizados en ingeniería en proyectos, negocios internacionales, marketing o afín

**+3** AÑOS DE **EXPERIENCIA**

Importante contar con **experiência** en:

- Gestión global del proyecto (priorización, planificación, asignación de recursos, gestión del presupuesto, etc.).
- Capacidad de organización y anticipación.
- Experiência en gestión de riesgos y resolución de problemas operativos y técnicos.
- Dominio de diferentes herramientas (diagrama de Gantt, WBS, etc.) y de los programas informáticos de gestión de proyectos.
- Curiosidad intelectual para estar al día de las innovaciones en términos de metodologías y soluciones de software.
- Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad para hacer frente a imprevistos y emergencias.

Para realizar las siguientes **funciones**:

- Coordinar, priorizar y planificar proyectos.
- Apoyar a los equipos de proyecto en sus tareas diarias.
- Garantizar la correcta ejecución y el éxito de los proyectos.
- Anticipar y llevar el control de los riesgos técnicos y operativos.
- Definir procesos y directrices para normalizar las prácticas de gestión de proyectos de la empresa.
- Garantizar la gestión de los recursos y el presupuesto asignados a todos los proyectos.
- Analizar el rendimiento de los proyectos definiendo los KPI y elaborando informes.
- Contribuir al establecimiento de una verdadera cultura de proyectos en la empresa y apoyar la gestión del cambio.
- Implementar y generalizar el uso de las herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Servir de vínculo entre la Dirección y los gestores de proyectos.

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
