Hsse Coordinator

_The _**HSSE Coordinator **_will ensure the onsite compliance with all permits regarding Health, Safety, Social and Environment, based on the provisions of the Mexican legislation of the STPS and its applicable regulations on safety and the environment._
- _Drafting HSSE policies and procedures, including but not limited to: Health and safety management, emergency management, social and security management, environmental management, etc._
- _Ensure all plants of the company’s portfolio follow Mexican laws and regulations, as well as the requirements from the lenders, especially those related to the environment._
- _Establish, develop, and implement internal rules and standards across all company projects._
- _Help to establish, monitor and achieve HSSE KPIs._
- _Ensure rules and standards in place follow CTG policies and best practices._
- _Identify and monitor the main HSSE risks on site._
- _Propose and ensure the implementation of mitigation measures for main HSSE risks on site._
- _Implement report procedures for accidents and incidents according to CTG policies._
- _Produce monthly HSSE reports._
- _Make a list of HSSE incidents in all plants of the company’s portfolio._
- _Manage the relationship with suppliers, EPC, O&M, Insurance Providers, and government institutions on HSSE related matters._
- _Conduct or organise monthly site inspections to detect HSSE deficiencies._
- _Enforce quality and environmental protection, informing the Head Office about complaints or claims from stakeholders._
- _Ensure fast response at emergencies, organise and supervise drills._
- _Ensure and provide HSSE internal trainings._
- _Follow up of Internal Audits to the Environmental Safety and Hygiene Management System._
- _Implement and control HSSE onsite programs (audits, inspections, drills, among others.)._
- _Help to achieve social responsibility with the local communities._
- _Complete other job requirements from CTG and Kinich leaders._
- _Allow to travel through North, Central & South of Mexico._
