**What You’ll Do**:
As a content moderator, you will be part of a team responsible for:

- Reviewing reports generated by machine and deep learning algorithms and assessing the quality of the reports against specific criteria.
- Acting as a liaison with our R&D team, reporting any gap between human and machine assessments.
- Working with our Product & Marketing teams to continuously improve the users’ experience.
- Helping to create and shape standardized assessment processes.
- Performing data annotation activities for R&D purposes.

**What You’ll Have**:

- Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal skills
- Ability to digest information quickly and accurately
- A willingness and curiosity to work with new technologies
- An eye for detail coupled with exceptional judgment
- Ability to meet short deadlines while adhering to a high standard of quality
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

While Valital offers a remote working environment, we believe face-to-face meetings are sometimes needed to boost efficiency and creativity. You can work from anywhere or from our office in downtown Montreal.
