Proposal Specialist

**A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Proposal Specialist, is in charge of reading customer specifications, preparing techno-commercial proposals to offer our products and services in the American Market (US, CA, MX CAM).

The specialist must have the ability to analyze and prepare technical proposals, identify creative and valuable solutions, negotiate, sell and ensure the factory O.I. and sales margin, making use of his technical knowledge in dry distribution transformers, sales and negotiation skills, proactivity and creative mentality to find quick and effective solutions within Siemens Energy guidelines.

- Analysis of technical specifications
- Preparation of technical-economic proposals
- Negotiation with winning strategies
- Ensure OI with the established profit levels.
- Specify and develop technical solutions.
- Customer visit and presentations

**What You Bring**
- University Degree in Engineering or related
- Professional Experience 6 months to 1 year of experience y electrical product, product specification, electrical design, or technical sales
- Technical Knowledge: Distribution Dry Transformers (PREFERABLY) or technical sales
- Lenguage English at a medium-high level spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% travel, 80% backoffice
- Soft Skills (INDISPENSABLE): Eloquence, Customer attention, Creative thinking, Teamwork, Adaptability, Taste for sales
