**¿Qué actividades realizaras?**

Aplica las habilidades laborales adquiridas para trabajar en tareas de naturaleza semirrutinaria. Se centra en tareas semirutinarias dentro de los procedimientos operativos estándar. Apoya al equipo en general.

**Responsabilidades**:
Mantenimiento de instalaciones/infraestructuras
- Realiza comprobaciones semirrutinarias de mantenimiento preventivo in situ de componentes no críticos de las instalaciones.
- Realiza reparaciones, mantenimiento e instalaciones semirrutinarias de componentes no críticos de las instalaciones.
- Supervisa el sistema de supervisión de edificios (BMS) y responde oportunamente a las alarmas semirutinarias de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar.
- Asiste al personal de mayor rango en las reparaciones y medidas de mantenimiento correctivo de las instalaciones.
- Maneja los sistemas de fontanería, extinción de incendios y seguridad, bajo la supervisión de personal técnico superior.
- Normalmente sigue los procedimientos establecidos en el trabajo rutinario, requiere instrucciones sólo en nuevas asignaciones.

Apoyo a proveedores
- Coordina con los proveedores para garantizar que las actividades de mantenimiento se llevan a cabo según los requisitos de Equinix.
- Apoya el proceso de aprobación de órdenes de trabajo para proveedores de servicios en trabajos de mantenimiento rutinarios, para el seguimiento: sesión informativa al inicio del trabajo, trabajo durante la jornada/turno de trabajo y revisión final del trabajo realizado.
- Garantiza que las actividades de mantenimiento de los proveedores se lleven a cabo según los procedimientos operativos estándar de Equinix.

Administración del sitio y soporte de incidentes
- Realiza registros semirrutinarios del emplazamiento para permisos, como el Protocolo de Operaciones de Mantenimiento (MOP) y guiones.
- Utiliza las competencias laborales adquiridas para seguir los procedimientos operativos de apoyo a la administración in situ.

Órdenes de trabajo y proyectos adicionales
- Realiza pedidos de trabajo semirrutinarios e instalaciones de circuitos.
- Sigue los procedimientos establecidos para la resolución de problemas y el mantenimiento de equipos de oficina (si es necesario); presta apoyo a equipos y máquinas auxiliares.
- Asiste al personal de mayor antigüedad en la respuesta a incidentes in situ y actúa según se le indique.

Colaboración
- Colabora con otras personas para resolver incidencias semirutinarias en las instalaciones.
- Presta asistencia al personal superior en proyectos de infraestructura.
- Informa a las partes interesadas de las necesidades de
