**REQUISITOS**:
Más de 2 años de experiência en cadena de suministro en automoción, deportes motorizados o industrias relacionadas.
Habilidades efectivas de negociación, toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal dentro del equipo y multifuncionalmente.
Altamente organizado y eficaz en la gestión de múltiples prioridades y plazos.
Capacidad para representar profesionalmente a Polaris mediante el desarrollo de relaciones laborales productivas con los proveedores.
Experiência presentando a múltiples níveles de una organización.
Dominio de MS Office específicamente con Outlook, PowerPoint y Excel.
Hasta 20% en viajes (nacionales e internacionales)

**PRIVILEGIADO**:
Licenciatura en Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas o área técnica
La certificación APICS es una ventaja
Se desea experiência en tren motriz
Capaz de leer e interpretar documentación de ingeniería y datos técnicos.
Se desean conocimientos fundamentales de MAPICS MRP y sistemas empresariales basados en web.
Conocimiento de las herramientas de gestión de proyectos y capacidad para ayudar en las tareas asignadas por la gestión de proyectos.

**Relaciones con proveedores**:
Realizar negocios dentro de las relaciones establecidas con los proveedores.
Identificar y comunicar internamente cualquier inquietud u oportunidad de los proveedores. Apoyar iniciativas de recuperación de costos.
Apoyar las discusiones de resolución de problemas con los proveedores y garantizar la adecuación y puntualidad de los planes de acción de corrección de proveedores.
Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de contratos con proveedores.
Proporcionar investigación y aportaciones para que el líder del producto pueda evaluar la capacidad y el ajuste del proveedor.
Coordinar la implementación de proyectos de reducción de costos, salidas de proveedores y transiciones de herramientas.
Supervisar el estado de publicación de costos, cronograma, técnico y de planos de los proyectos y liderar las acciones correctivas según sea necesario.
Ingrese cambios de costos, asigne proveedores seleccionados y respalde proyectos de abastecimiento.
Elaborar y solicitar solicitudes de cotizaciones y propuestas en base a la estrategia de commodities definida.
Coordinar y comunicar lanzamientos de nuevos componentes y cambios de diseño con los proveedores.
Garantiza que las herramientas sean apropiadas según los requisitos de costo y calidad. Negociar costos de herramientas con proveedores globales.

**Gestión de prioridades de abastecimiento**:
Realizar análisis de costos para identificar oportunidades.
Ejecutar proyectos aprobados de reducción de costos. Mantener y medir proyectos de reducción de costos en VIP tracker. Trabajar con proveedores para resolver discrepancias en precios y facturas.
Apoyar la función de calidad del proveedor en la determinación de la causa raíz, la contención necesaria y las actividades de contramedida para problemas relacionados con la calidad.
Supervise e impulse el desempeño de los proveedores para las categorías asignadas para garantizar que los proveedores cumplan con los requisitos de calidad y entrega de Polaris.
Ayude a solucionar la escasez de piezas y los problemas de entrega cuando sea necesario.
Supervise los plazos de entrega de los proveedores y las iniciativas de mejora de la capacidad de producción para garantizar la flexibilidad del cronograma.
