**Objetivo de la posición.**

Proporcionar apoyo administrativo en el area de Mantenimiento para un mejor control de los diferentes sub-departamentos.

**Actividades Principales.**
- Solicitar suministros básicos (por ejemplo, piezas de repuesto, material de oficina, etc.) de acuerdo a las directrices de la empresa.
- Creación y seguimiento de RFQ de materiales, herramientas, artículos de oficina etc. para las áreas de Mantenimiento.
- Coordinar con el departamento de EHS la entrega de uniformes, calzado de seguridad, control de accesos, etc.
- Realizar tareas de organización (por ejemplo, organizar eventos, organizar viajes, reporte gastos de viaje, etc.) de acuerdo con las directrices de empresa.
- Controlar los activos fijos para cada CC.
- Mantener actualizadas las cotizaciones de proveedores dirigidos en base a las vigencias establecidas por el departamento de compras.
- Coordinar con el departamento de RH el transporte de personal, así como mantener la actualizada la base de datos con la información de los empleados.
- Realizar requisiciones de viaje y coordinar con el departamento de Travel Mex y travel Finanzas transportación, hospedaje, etc.
- Recopilar documentos (por ejemplo aquellos en reuniones) y comprobar ellos (por ejemplo, para la integridad, la clasificación, etc.) de acuerdo con las directrices.
- Crear evaluaciones sencillas, estadísticas e informes de acuerdo con directrices claras.
- Recopilar datos de entrada y de proceso según las directrices (por ejemplo, en SAP, HOST, Optimain, etc.)
- Organizar, preparar, controlar y dar seguimiento a las citas-reuniones que requiera el departamento.
- Llevar a cabo tareas administrativas en general de acuerdo con directrices del superior (por ejemplo, la organización de los archivos, archivar documentos, respuesta y reenvío de llamadas, correo, etc.)
- Elaborar reportes de mantenimiento (DRX Report, listas de asistencia, gastos de refacciones por equipo, etc) que sean solicitados.
- Colaborar en la implementación y administración del sistema TPM en planta.
- Administrar los indicadores de mantenimiento.

**Requirements**:

- ** Educación**:Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o afín
- **Inglés**: Intermedio.
- ** Experiência Relevante**: Mantenimiento de equipos, Procesos industriales, Asistente gerencial, directivo o similar.
- ** Conocimiento Técnico**: Norma IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2015/ISO 450001:2018, Herramientas Estadísticas, Herramientas para la solución de Problemas, Core Tools: AMEF, PLP, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,PP, MS Project), SAP.
