Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición Warehouse Supervisor que estará localizada en Juarez, Horizontes

Propósito:
Asegura la implementacion del plan estrategico de la corporacion. Sus responsabilidades incluyen la gestion y direccion de las areas de almacen (incluyendo Recibos, Almacen, Empaque y Embarques). Asegura que existan condiciones de trabajo seguras para los empleados y un servicio excepcional para sus clients.

Principales responsabilidades:

- Asegura que las areas de recibo, almacen, empaque y embarques sean administradas de manera efectiva y eficiente atravez de la supervision general del personal a su cargo.
- Cordina inventarios fisicos, conteo ciclico, excendentes obsoletos, cambios de ingenieria, actividades de cancelacion, uso proyectado y otras actividades de planificacion y reduccion de inventarios.
- Analiza los registros de control de existencias y la informacion, como la tasa de consumo, las caracteristicas de los articulos almacenados y las condiciones actuales del mercado, para determinar el suministro de existencias y la necesidad de rebastecimiento.
- Corrige los sistemas de inventario donde los errores podrian afectar los sistemas de rebastecimiento, la posicion financiera, la credibilidad o la operacion general. Soluciona problemas inmediatos de inexactitudes en el inventario.
- Desarrolla informes para mantener a la administracion del servicio al tanto de las posibles tendencias, escacez, pedidos pendientes y estado de las piezas de servicio segun sea necesario.
- Se comunica con el supervisor, los provedores, el personal para resolver cualquier problema y/o inquietud.
- Es responsable de manter el area limpia y ordenada.
- Responsable de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todas las pautas de la compania relacionadas con la practicas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para hacerlo esten disponibles y en buenas condiciones.

**Qualifications**:

- Grado o equivalente en tecnico, empresarial, logística o ingenieria.
- Experiência aproximada, o conocimientos y habilidades equivalentes, necesario para realizar satisfactoriamente las responsabilidades del puesto. 2-4 anos experiência relacionada.
- Conocimientos del sistema de calidad y cumplimiento de los procedimientos de implementacion.
- Conocimientos basicos en computacion y programas informaticos (Microsoft Office, JDE)
- Buen liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Buena comunicacione verbal y escrita.
- Habiidad para tomar decisiones enfocada en el cliente.
- Iniciativa, creatividad, y asertividad probadas.
- Comprension basica de la norma de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente (EHS)
- Conocimiento basico en las regulaciones mexicanas.
- Preferentemente bilingue.
