Under the supervision of the Supervisor
- Shipping & Receiving, this position is responsible for the control of all the documentation related to the import-export process of Raw Materials, Fittings, machinery and the materials require for the Company. And for updated all information of temporal importations and exportations in the Maquiladora software per month, run the backflush report and convert all data in on file and then load it every 2 months in a SAT web site.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Administrate the Maquiladora Software, maintaining into the software the updated information of the bill of materials for our finish goods and new products manufactured in Sanimex.

2. Create the data base for the import/export operations per month.

3. Elaborate a weekly report for the Scrap to the Mexican government authorities (Treasury).

4. Generate monthly report and send it to accounting department with the information about the entry documents (Pedimentos) that pay tax (IVA) including a copy of the document. Also the documents that Sanimex received from the Tax credit of IVA in order to accomplish with the IVA Certification AAA from SAT.

5. Coordinate the shipping dates for the purchasing open orders with Mexican Vendors.

6. Supervise all import and export activities processed across the custom broker (Virtual operation).

7. Obtain the NAFTA Certificates in order to avoid to pay importation Tax in the importation of indirect materials required for the Company.

9. Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See Responsibilities chart by position).

Supervisory Relationships:
1. Reports to the Supervisor Shipping & Receiving.

1. Frequent contact with purchasing

External Relationships:
1. Custom Broker

2. Mexican Vendors

3. Mexican government authorities (customs, Treasury, Commerce).

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**

**EDUCATION**:
Preference Bachelor's Degree.

**EXPERIENCE**:
Preference Minimum two years’ experience in import/export activities.

**FORMATION**:
Preference knowledge of Mexican international trade legislation. Preference English spoken.
