SUMMARY OF ROLE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 5 years in recruiting preferably from Multi-national Manufacturing/Shared Services/RPO/Renewable industries. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, Boolean searches, and referrals management Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, high-quality customer service, effective verbal and written communications skills, and teamwork to accommodate the high volume, fast-paced work environment Effective communication skills
